As he observed this trend, Brennan couldn’t help but empathize, having personally weathered the storms of a hyper-growth business that demanded his relentless dedication—unforgiving 60-80 hour workweeks, sacrificing precious moments with his growing family, and finding solace only in the faint glow of his laptop during late nights and weekends in the office.

Out of that season a vision crystallized for Brennan. And in late 2016, he resolved to rewrite the narrative, not just for himself but for the entire financial services landscape. It was from this resolute desire to change the paradigm of financial management that Vessel Advisors was born.
